Genande Blom

Na alles wat jy deur is en steeds onderivnd.

Vertoon jy liefs jou mooiste steroog kind.

Jou reënboog blomme kleure lei my hand.

Na verfraaide plekke in ons verdorde land.

Laat my toe om jou lilapers glimlag te onthou

as ek sonsak herinneringe skilder op ‘n doek.

Borrel sagte kleure waar my kwaspunt grou.

Fluister suutjies terwyl ek na jou spore soek.
